3 in 4 S'poreans not satisfied with their bonuses: poll
SINGAPORE: More than three quarters of employees in Singapore – 77 percent – are not satisfied with their bonuses.
This is according to the survey results of recruitment consultant Robert Walters.
The percentage of staff unhappy with their bonuses in Singapore is slightly higher than the international figure of 72 percent.
Robert Walters said it polled close to 500 people around the world.
And in a bigger survey that included 1,300 professionals across the globe, three quarters of the respondents who were considering changing jobs said they would prefer to do so within three months.
In fact, close to 47 percent of them said they would prefer to start a looking for a new job within one month.
Robert Walters said the sample pool of professionals were from a variety of industries.
